The therapist explores current stressors, personal history, life context, nervous-system load, and intentions for therapy. This groundwork builds alliance and shapes a tailored Synthesis plan integrating art therapy and neurotherapy to fit your needs.

At IVDIVO, we translate the intake into SMART stress-care goals—specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Within our Metagalactic Health frame, we set focus, markers, art-based practices, and timelines that match your nervous-system load and life context. These aims guide each session and steer a tailored Synthesis plan you can track in real time.

Exploration and Insight

Across subsequent IVDIVO sessions, the therapist holds a safe, regulated field—using art prompts and somatic co-regulation—to explore thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and habits around stress. With attuned listening, empathy, and precise questions inside our Metagalactic Health frame, we map triggers and patterns across self, relationships, and context so insight turns into practical, daily shifts.

Theosophical view. Awareness contracts and attention gets captured by the astral plane (emotion), loosening contact with the mental and causal levels (meaning/purpose). Practice: restore vertical alignment—lengthen the exhale, set a clear intention, hold a single anchor-image; attention = energy, so lift it toward meaning.
Theosophical view. Law of Correspondence: “as within, so without.” Purify a small outer form (desk/screen/speech tempo) and inner form follows; add rhythm (4–6 breathing, step/pause) and the etheric body’s cadence steadies emotion.
