A three-layer approach—state (nervous system), meaning (values/stories), and form (daily rituals). We blend art practice, breathwork, and structured dialogue to lower arousal and restore clarity.
Persistent tension, spikes of anxiety, panic episodes, intrusive thoughts, sleep disruption, and somatic “storms.” We first stabilize physiology (exhale, pacing, pause), then work with meanings and behavior.
Safety and orientation → breath/tempo calibration → art module (externalizing the anxiety theme) → mapping triggers and window-of-tolerance → 2–3 micro-steps for the week. We close with a brief consolidation practice.
Breath-and-body resets, grounding drills, mindfulness, communication protocols, boundary rituals, and simple sleep/energy tracking. Everything is doable and reviewed weekly.
Marker scales (tension/clarity/energy), exhale length, frequency/intensity of spikes, recovery time, and completion of micro-steps. Short questionnaires as needed, with plan adjustments.
